Suns rotating magnetic field was approaching a Negative Magnetic Polarity. Uranus (Mostly Negative) is at a lunar magnetic resonant geometry, Lunar Elongation. Moonrise was in 3 hours, with the Suns rotating magnetic field being Negative, and the Lunar Magnetic geoemtry w/ Uranus also being Negative (WHICH IS A COMMON DRIVER FOR ALL NORTH KOREA QUAKES) took the Sun and Moon past their independent driver strength.
